What we collect

When you place an order, send an event inquiry, contact us or join our list, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the details of your event, and any notes you add.

If you order for delivery we also collect the delivery address. We do not store card details on this website.

We collect basic, non-identifying usage information about how the site is used, so we can improve it.

How we use it

To quote, prepare and deliver your order, to answer your questions, and to confirm arrangements for your event.

To send you news and offers by email, if you tick the email box on a form or sign up for our list, and by text, only if you tick the text message box. Those are separate choices and either can be withdrawn without affecting the other.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who else sees it

Our booking and customer records run on MinerOp, which processes this information on our behalf. Payment processing, when it applies, is handled by our payment provider and not by this website.

We share information with other people only where we have to in order to do the work you asked for, or where the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message. To stop texts, reply STOP to cancel, or reply HELP for help.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.

How long we keep it

Order and event records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and to serve returning customers. Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
